Directors Justin and Jolene bring complementary expertise shaped through decades of experience across engineering, construction, and residential development.

Justin graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2004 with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honours). After spending 15 years in building construction, he transitioned into full-time residential development and project delivery in 2015, bringing extensive practical construction and development coordination experience.

Jolene graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2005 with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours) and is a Chartered Structural Engineer with more than 20 years of structural engineering experience across residential and complex multidisciplinary projects throughout Australia.

Together, this combination of engineering capability and development delivery experience enables Zanwell to provide advice that is both technically rigorous and practically buildable.
