About us
At Zanwell, we build more than homes — we build confidence, quality, and lasting value.
Our directors Justin and Jolene are both qualified engineers that have extensive experience in design, planning, construction of new builds, duplexes and multi-dwelling townhouse and major and minor renovations/extensions.
Justin graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2004 with a B.Eng Mech (Hons). Since graduating he has worked in building construction for 15 years before embarking full time into his own business doing residential development and building in 2015.
Jolene graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2005 with a B.Eng Civil (Hons). Since graduating she has been a structural engineering consultant for 17 years before joining Justin full time doing residential development and building in 2022.
